I grew up listening to Bad Brains and even got to see them a few times… these dudes predated BB by 7 years. If this means anything to you—and you don’t already own Drag City—stop, drop and roll, because there is a fire.

I read on wikipedia that Clive Davis dropped the band due to their name so, a few weeks ago, when I happened to be in an elevator with him I couldn’t help but ask if it was true.
