About this role: 

We are looking for a digital marketing associate with experience in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook etc), copywriting and a flair for data analytics. In this role, you will work with the Director of Online Marketing & Analytics in planning and executing revenue driven solutions for our clients in hospitality and real-estate. 

About the role:

  • Support Director Of Online Marketing & Analytics in implementation of marketing campaigns, daily optimization, SEO and reporting

  • Help develop strong cross-channel campaigns for our clients via social, search and email

  • Actively monitor and analyze campaigns and report on metrics, insights and optimization recommendations

  • Setup structured A/B tests across digital marketing channels

  • Demonstrate the ability to spot trends and patterns while analyzing marketing metrics

  • Create insightful reports and dashboards for clients

  • Draft copy for ad campaigns campaigns that connect with target audiences

  • Draft search optimized copy for websites including meta-tags and headlines

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media trends and best practices for the agency

Skills Summary:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing roles managing marketing campaigns

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to create highly effective, attention-catching messaging and engaging campaigns

  • Ideal candidate is numbers driven and has ability to iterate campaigns based on data

  • Desire to learn and implement best practices for hospitality and real-estate brands

  • Ability to work side-by-side with social media, strategy and design teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and ability to manage priorities with little oversight

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in residential and/or hospitality industries

  • Photoshop and HTML/CSS

  • Certification in Google Ads & Google Analytics
