As the LINE expands it's portfolio to properties in Washington D.C. and Austin, Texas they face the challenge of maintaining a cohesive brand while allowing each property to have a unique voice and style.
Focused Structured Minimalism
As LINE finds inspiration in simplicity, the site distills features down to bare essentials. Properties are branded with the fewest embellishments — typography and texture. Guided subnavigation per page allows the user to focus on single images and content at a time and an expanding menu nests contact and social neatly into main navigation. New properties can stand up seamlessly with easily configured pages to showcase unique spaces, rooms and floor-plans, with light descriptions and relevant content
